Leo 2024 Horoscope

Leo Risings this year can experience change, endings, and new beginnings in their 3rd House of Communication, and 9th House of Beliefs + Travel with the Nodes/Eclipses transiting here. This can be a useful time to increase focus on your self-expression, mindset, local community, education (particularly early learning), crafts, divination, relatives such as siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and your neighbourhood; as well as releasing any blocks in your sense of spirituality, beliefs, personal philosophy, sense of recognition, and wisdom- pilgrimages and travelling may feature well. The Nodes first entered the Aries/Libra axis in July 2023 and return reversed every 9 years, you can read more about this specific transit here.

2024 Leo Rising Forecast

Leo Rising’s career and public image may also continue to evolve as you have Uranus, Planet of disruption, still here since 2018 until 2025-2026. Since May 2023 you also had expansive Jupiter here to give you a boost. In May 2024, Jupiter will move on to your 11th House of Friendships giving you access to growth in your community, network, groups, memberships, alliances, aspirations, and friends.
Saturn is still in your 8th House of Shared Resources until 2025-2026 (since March 2023) which gives you the opportunity to lay down strong foundations and boundaries in your investments, inheritance (literal or figurative), taxes, debts, grants, fears, anxieties, cycles of life and death, regeneration, joint ventures, and your partner’s finances. Check to see if you have any sensitive placements (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, AC/DC, or the MC/IC) in Mutable Signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) for where else Saturn may be placing pressure. This may come as a bolstering influence in relation to nebulous Neptune which has been here since 2012 (and will also leave in 2025-2026), also potentially adding confusion for any Mutable placements you might have.
Lastly, revolutionary Pluto will be leaving your 6th House of Work + Health for (almost) the final time in your lifetime. Until the 20th January it can be useful to integrate how this area has changed for you since 2008 and any triggers, projections, and power dynamics that came up (including for any other sensitive placements in Cardinal Signs- Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn). Between September and November it will dip back in to Capricorn and your 6th House of Work + Health for one last time before definitively alchemising your 7th House of Relationships for the next 20 years or so!

Main 2024 Planetary Placements:

Jupiter in Taurus (10th House of Career) -> Gemini (11th House of Friendship): On May 25th, the greater benefic will move into your area of network, community, aspirations, and friends.

Saturn in Pisces (your 8th House of Shared Resources): Saturn in the 8th House can allow for constructive discipline and dedication here, but can also feel challenging and restrictive. Finding the balance between firm but flexible boundaries between what belongs to you and what belongs to others can be useful.

Uranus in Taurus (your 10th House of Career): Rebellious Uranus may be bringing surprises or change your career, life path, profession, public image, legacy, calling, purpose, vocation, and accolades.

Neptune in Pisces (your 8th House of Shared Resources): Nebulous Neptune may have been bringing a dissolution of boundaries or confusion to your shared finances and spaces, as well as anything inherited and invested.

Pluto in Capricorn (6th House of Work + Health) -> Aquarius (7th House of Relationships): Chthonic Pluto has been dredging up themes from the subterranean here since 2008 (especially for Cardinal placements). On January 20th it will reenter Aquarius, where it had a short stint from March-June 2023, to bring its transmutations to your intimate partnerships for the next 20+ years. Between September 1st and November 19th it will retrograde back into Capricorn for the final wrap-up in our lifetimes.

Nodes (+Eclipses) in Aries/Libra (your 9th House of Beliefs + Travel/3rd House of Communication): The Nodes entered the Aries/Libra axis in July 2023, bringing major change, endings, and new beginnings here until January 2025, a transit that occurs every 9/18 years. This can be a useful time for increasing your spirituality, worldly travel, higher education, and expanding your beliefs; and releasing any blocks in your self-expression, mindset, communication, learning, relatives, and local neighbourhood.
Mars retrograde in Leo: Mars goes retrograde every 2 years, this year it will do so from December 6th in Leo (your 1st House of Self) until January 2025 where it will retrograde back into Cancer (your 12th House of Shadow) and station direct here in February. This can bring a need to be mindful of burnout, accidents, or conflict in the first half and not being your own worst enemy in the second half.
